How to Order

• Orders can be made by post, phone, fax, email or through this web site.
• Payment can be made by credit card, debit card, switch or sterling cheque.

Direct from this web site

• You can order by credit card via a secure server. The shopping basket system makes ordering easy.
• Simply click the appropriate button to place items in your shopping basket. Each time you add an item you will automatically be shown the contents of your basket. You can also see what you have ordered anytime by clicking Review Basket. You can change, adjust quantities and add to your order as you browse.
• When you are happy with your purchases click on Proceed To Check Out. You will be asked for your name and address and other contact details. Click the button marked Next>>
• You will you will now see the total cost of purchases, postal charges and the final total. If you are anxious about the cost of postage, just select the destination country and click Next>>, you will now be able to see the cost of postage. If you are happy click <<Previous and now fill in your address etc. and click Next>>.
• Postage and packing for U.K. destinations is only £2. For any other destination postage and packing is charged at cost.
• A link to a currency converter is at your disposal if you are uncertain of exchange rates. Please note that the answer will only be approximate due to currency fluctuations and card charges.
• Now click on Send Order Now, this will take you to the secure page where you can enter your credit card details. Click Transmit and your credit card details will be sent by encrypted email.
• Your order is now complete.

By post or fax

• Simply write out your order, your name, address and credit card details, then post or fax it.
• Alternatively you can use this order form, select the area from the yellow ORDER FORM bar at the top to the yellow ORDER FORM bar at the bottom, press print and select selection as your print range. You might be able to fax the form straight from your computer. If you get it wrong you can press the reset button and start again.
• Click to go to the order form.
• U.K. orders: Postage and packing is just £2.
• Overseas orders: If you are paying by credit card, debit card or switch, simply leave leave postage and total boxes empty, you will be charged at cost. If you want to calculate your postage costs or if you are paying by sterling cheque, place your items in the shopping basket, go to Check Out, select the destination country and click Next>>, you will now see your postal cost.
• Please make cheques payable to mally.

By phone

• Simply pick up the phone and ring in your order.

By email

• Simply email your order, your name, address and credit card details. This is particularly useful for repeat orders, with permission previously tendered credit card detail can be used.

Mally's Guarantee: Order with Confidence

• I operate a no quibble refund service. If you are unhappy with any product bought from mally.com, whatever the reason, simply return it within 7 days for a full refund of the purchase price. If the item is faulty or if in any way you feel you have been misled, your postage and packing charges will be refunded also. An email first is useful, but by no means compulsory. Often a better or more economical solution to resolve the situation may be found.
• I endeavour to send out orders within three working days, but more usually it's one. However, because I work, more or less, alone, occasionally, due to festivals, holidays etc. orders may take ten days to fulfil. Please see NEWS on the home page for details of any delays. Your card will not be debited until the day of dispatch. I will do my best to post on the web site any items that are out of stock. For any items that "slip through the net"; I will email you when they are back in stock and invite you to buy post free.

Secure Server: Pay with Confidence

• You can order from mally.com safe in the knowledge that your contact details will not be passed on and your credit card details you give are as secure as can be, certainly far more secure than than using your card to pay for a meal in a restaurant. Credit card details are taken on a secure server then sent to me by encrypted email. mally.com has no staff as such, your card details are only handled by myself and close family. Your card details are not kept on my computer.
